Implementation of UART using verilog HDL

Description:

The project was aimed to design the UART functioning using VERILOG HDL. UART was implemented to communicate with 10 bits in which 8 are data bits, 1 start bit and a stop bit. Communication parameters were setup according to the recommended standard and a BAUD RATE of 9600 was achieved by dividing the System clock of 50 MHz.

Responsibilities:

·         Designed both Transmitter and Receiver section.

·         Prepared Documentation and Presentation Related to project.

Anthropomorphic Robotic Arm

Description:

The project was aimed to develop a mechanical replica of Human arm having all the 7 degree of freedom which a human arm has, using the aluminum as the structural material and DC Motors for realizing various motions of the arm. Special ant-geared motors were imported from United States for the Palm section. The project has a wide application into scientific Research, industrial use and space programs.

Responsibilities:

• Worked as Design Specialist for Upper, Lower Arm & Complete Arm Assembly in the team.
• Designed the circuit Layout using PCB Dip trace tool for the manufacturing of PCB Board.
• Prepared Documentation and Presentation Related to project.

GSM Controlled Vehicle with Real time Video coverage

Description:

In this project we aimed to control a small toy car fitted with a Wireless camera and a Mobile phone by sending particular DTMF tones for controlling the motion forward, backward, left, and right. Live video captured by the camera is transferred back to the base station at a RF range of 1.24 GHz.

Responsibilities:

·         Worked on the Controlling part of Toy car Using DTMF tones sent through Base end Mobile

·         Prepared Documentation and Presentation Related to project.
