Ø The Area Manager is responsible for the particular regions and
a division.
He is to look after the administration, sales, product promotion,

and the report is
properly filled in by the Sales Officer and the same would be
signed and stamped by
the party visited.

Manager is also required to train his subordinate staff
that how to prospecting the party.
Ø The Area Manager is required to visit the shortlisted party and
discuss the company
details, product, project details, financial projection,
projected turnover of
party in our project, Return on Investment.

chapter of the discussion.

The Area
Manager must ensure that, to whom he is approaching for
C&FA must have monthly turnover of Rs 1 crore.
