Work experience


Work as spare part manger "SPMS" for Egypt office (rep office) and controlling for Yamen, Libya, Sudan & Eritrea offices for "Huawei Technologies Co. LTD." From 12th January 2010 till now, Job description:

-         Handling all the issues related to the telecom spare parts starting from submitting the Pr's as requesting from the HQ in Hong Kong, going through controlling it in 34 sub-office warehouses include different regions, ensuring high quality spare parts warehousing and effective domestic distribution,
-         Handling all the issues related to the Generators and 3rd party material starting from submitting the Pr's as requesting from the customer Etisalat Mobil and VDF, going through controlling its in 28 sub-office include different regions, ensuring high quality material warehousing and effective domestic distribution,
-         Made the Communication bridge between the suppliers and our technical team to ensure the best quality of the supplied material,
-         Minimum 3 offices from 3 different suppliers to start select the best offer under the technical accepted quality and the time of delivery with the payment duration facilities for the non-Huawei equipments (3rd party material) supplying,

-         Lead and manage a team consist of 5 Engineer in Cairo head-office manage line and functional (Bidding, auctions, collecting warehousing data and domestics)
-         Lead and manage 13 agents for the outside Cairo for the active and passive material and SP warehousing control & 10 outside Egypt only functionally to fulfill the requirement of the FM team to achieve the availability within the approved SLA.
-         Ability skills to do Dashboards, reports and presentations up & downwards the managerial hierarchy and customers,
-         Ensuring fast local replacement to sites by arrange quick delivery of replacement units and retrieval of faulty ones,
-         Achieve customer satisfaction by:
o    Provide monthly performance reports to the client on the agreed KPI's listed the SLA.
o   In addition a regular measurement, statistical data and other information regarding spare parts delivery and faulty units return,
o   Sending key massages to illustrate the achievement of certain goals.
o   Arrange meetings with the client in frequently bases to:
§  Discuss any previous or existing problems related to spare parts management services to find the best solution and avoid any future complains concerning this problem.
§  Give feed back to client on the whole situation of the network.
§  Escalate issues to the client.
§  Make monthly presentations to show the level of performance of SPMS and its action plans.
-         Calculating the safety stock level  of each Quarter depending on:
o   Network capacity
o   Consumption rate
o   The Qty's replaced of the upgrade units.
-         Handling fixed quarter and random physical inventory for checking the good and faulty units as follow:
o   The accuracy of the balances
o   The arrangement of the items
o   The securely of warehouses.
o   The availability of fire system.
-         Prepare deep analyses to cover all expected shortage in all over zones.
-         New stock control system, daily following up transactions, weekly meeting with clients, monthly weekly shipping faulty units, weekly perspiring Pr's and pushing the shipment to arrive faster will improve, develop and progress the client satisfaction.  

Work as a stores in charge, logistic and senior procurements specialist for MobiServe a subsidiary company of Orascom and the main contractor of MobiNil and holding the facility management of CIB Bank, NSGB Bank, Credit Agricole Bank from November 1st 2003 till 10th January 2010, Job description:

-         Purchase the required materials needed by O&M Department (urgent cases) on the required time with best price based on the required quality.
-         Handle the spares provided by Mobinil for repair and return, (Radio, Environmental, Generator, AC, Stutz "MSC" Spare parts …Etc) using all the form reports needed for that.

-          Handle the spares issued and delivered by the Global warehouse (6 October warehouse, O&M warehouse).
-         Handling all the oracle issue for the PR & MR for the O&M Department, with full contacting with the procurement department and the finance department and also the warehousing department.
-         Lead and mange a team consist of 4 agents to fulfill the requirement of O&M department on time.
-         Follow with all the O&M Store keepers on all the different zones on a daily bases for the status of the warehouses solving any problem which they can faces.
-         Prepare and review reports needed by management and clients which is related to the spare parts for the O&M on a weekly bases & also upon request.
-         Holding the responsibility of the control of the Sub offices warehouse, putting, revision & follow up for a control system of the O&M warehouses on all zones.
-         Handling the follow up of the balances for all the warehouses of the O&M (Consignment Material & Mobiserve Material), undertaken for the minimum stock & the reordering point for each item (Planning for the material).
-         Contact the maintained consignment suppliers which are determined by the procurement department, dealing with them of the kinds, brand, quantity, the time of delivery of the material which will deliver for the site or the warehouse.
-         Receiving and delivering for the safety gears, with full extra control on the technician and the engineering receiving and sure the different sizes of them. 
-         Receiving the new tools and distribute it upon the request of the project mangers on the different zones and also collect the faulty tools from the O&M department "technician and the engineers" and request anther instead of the faulty.
-         Handling all the receiving of the material even on the oracle or the hard copies "Receiving note", matching the receiving QTY with the PO & finally with the invoice.
-         Comparing for the delivered material prices with the logical market prices, discuss if it high with the suppliers through the procurements department.
-         Help on referring the procurement department to reach the suppliers which supply the difficult found material.

Work as a store controller for Misr Sons Development S.AE Hassan Allam Sons in cooperation with Consolidated Contractors Int’l Company (CCIC) in Cairo North Power Station Project from August 1st 2002 till October 15th 2003,

Work as a stock controller officer for ECC “Egypt Crafts Center”, funded and supervised by COSPE which is An Italian NGO that is funded and supervised by the European Union and The Italian Foreign Ministry starting from March 2000 till July 31st 2002,
